ABG Capital Partners LLC was founded by Ben and Tim Cedarland. They have been actively investing in real estate for more than 25 years. They have extensive experience in all aspects of residential and multifamily properties from ground up construction to property and asset management. In addition to their multifamily and residential investments, they also focus on commercial grade timber investments for private and institutional investors. Their companies hold an active general contractors license in the state of Washington where they are responsible for land development and numerous construction projects on a regular basis. Their diverse portfolio and years of experience give them unique insights into markets, acquisitions, asset management, and deal flow.
